📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitoring and analyzing security alerts generated by SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems such as Splunk and IBM QRadar.
• Investigating and responding to security incidents, including malware infections, unauthorized access attempts, and data breaches.
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security weaknesses.
• Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and legal, to ensure the effective implementation of security measures.
• Providing security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security.
• Maintaining and updating security documentation, including incident reports, vulnerability assessments, and security policies.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively protect the organization's assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on SOC (Security Operations Center) operations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies, including SIEM systems, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.
• Proven experience in incident response, threat intelligence, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
