📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for data center projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on data center construction.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering MEP projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
