📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee office supplies and inventory management
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including teachers, students, and parents
• Maintain and update facility records and schedules
• Handle communication and coordination between different departments
• Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
• Provide support to the management team in achieving organizational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with educational institution operations is a plus
