📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify and resolve payment delays.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Follow up with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain good relationships.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
