📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting fieldwork audits, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Preparing audit documentation, including working papers and audit reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of audit plans and programs.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Participating in continuous professional development activities.
• Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior team members.
• Contributing to team meetings and project discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit or accounting, with a focus on financial statement audits.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Certification in audit or accounting, such as CPA, CA, or CMA, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
