📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Inspect buildings to identify and address any issues or potential problems
• Work with our team to develop and implement maintenance plans for buildings
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work carried out
• Collaborate with clients to ensure that their buildings are maintained to their satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with building maintenance software such as ServiceMax or WorkflowMax
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
