🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR development, leadership development, or a similar role
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs and development initiatives
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
• Certification in HR development, leadership, or a related field is a plus
