📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and relationship-building.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Create and manage marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
Generate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
