📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 15+ accounting and consulting professionals
• Oversee complex financial projects for high-profile clients, including Pertamina, Bank Mandiri, and Telkom
• Develop and implement strategic financial solutions using SAP, Oracle, and other advanced accounting software
• Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and consulting
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the firm

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in accounting and consulting, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and other advanced accounting software
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
