📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
• Design and optimize compensation packages, ensuring market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough labor market analysis to inform talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to labor relations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team, mentoring and developing their skills and capabilities.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor and improve HR metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations management, with a strong background in talent acquisition, compensation, and labor relations.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex compliance issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
