As a Finance Specialist at Jatro Strata Services BPO, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic financial insights to our clients. You'll work with a variety of financial tools and software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP, to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and analyze financial data to support the financial operations of our global clients
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to our clients
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS
• Work with financial software and tools, including QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP, to streamline financial processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related role
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
