As a Driver Partner Engagement Specialist at Grab in Bali, you’ll be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing the driver partner journey. You’ll use tools like Grab’s internal CRM system, communication platforms like WhatsApp and email, and data analytics tools to track and improve engagement metrics. With a mix of urban and rural routes, you’ll gain insights into diverse operational challenges and opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage driver partner onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Resolve escalations and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of driver partner satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins with driver partners to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics using Grab’s data analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with local operations teams to address operational issues and optimize routes.
• Provide training and resources to driver partners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with Grab’s policies and regulations, and local laws and regulations.
• Represent Grab at community events and partnerships to build a strong brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Grab’s superapp and its services.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations in Bali.
