As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
