📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of employees to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Participate in store promotions and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
