📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support for data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of data center systems.,Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of data center equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and outages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.,Develop and implement best practices for data center operations and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for data center operations.,Provide training and support to junior staff members in data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center support services or a related role.,Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security systems.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus.
