📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate records.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of materials and components.,Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.,Work closely with the production team to resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.,Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control in a manufacturing or logistics environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing inventory and production processes.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.,Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management principles is a plus.,Good understanding of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
