📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, electrical systems, and production equipment
- Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems
- Implement improvements and troubleshoot issues in the production process
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained
- Work closely with the production team to achieve production targets
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Provide technical support and training to the production team
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Experience with PLC programming and electrical system troubleshooting
- Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP or similar
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Certification in electrical safety or relevant industry certifications
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
