In this role, you will be responsible for managing our store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the team to achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store activities.,Train and mentor junior store administrators to maintain high standards.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and activities.,Assist in organizing and participating in store events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or retail management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
