📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the sales counter, including opening and closing procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their queries and addressing their concerns.,Promote Town Space Indonesia's properties and services to potential clients, both online and offline.,Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high standards of service and sales performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Familiarity with real estate market trends and developments in Makassar.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
