📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and assist sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a productive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proficient in using POS systems and cash handling software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local market trends.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
