📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of sales assistants, providing training, guidance, and support.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
