📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.,Conduct quality control checks and audits.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Certifications in relevant laboratory standards (e.g., ISO, GLP).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.,Proven track record of quality assurance and compliance.
