Duta Budi Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Finance Manager to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our café and ensuring the financial health and stability of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the café industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the café, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the finance department.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the café.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintain a secure and organized financial system.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the café or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
