In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experience.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or retail roles.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
