Hai Ge Ji Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in beautiful Bali! As a key member of our Halal F&B operations, you'll help prepare and cook delicious meals in our restaurants located in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist chefs in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes and utensils
- Stock and organize ingredients, ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, temperature control, and sanitation practices
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities
- Support the kitchen team in meeting daily production targets and maintaining high standards of food quality
- Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes as needed
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a Halal F&B setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of Indonesian cuisine and Halal food preparation
