As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.,Process and manage purchase orders, receiving, and stock transfers.,Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of inventory.,Monitor inventory levels and generate reports as needed.,Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures.,Work with the sales team to ensure accurate stock information is provided.,Handle any inventory discrepancies and work with suppliers to resolve issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with the diamond industry is a plus.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
