Silver Nest Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and other transportation assets.,Ensure all vehicles are properly serviced and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely availability.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly and effectively.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on fleet status, performance, and any issues that require attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
