📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement reforestation and conservation strategies in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders.
• Conduct forest inventory and monitoring using GIS and remote sensing tools such as QGIS and Google Earth Engine.
• Assess and mitigate environmental impacts of development projects in consultation with relevant authorities.
• Provide technical guidance on sustainable forest management practices to local communities.
• Coordinate with government agencies and non-governmental organizations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct training and capacity building workshops for local communities on sustainable land use.
• Prepare and submit reports on reforestation progress, environmental impact assessments, and conservation initiatives.
• Participate in environmental impact assessments and feasibility studies for new projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forest management, conservation, or a related field.
• Certification in Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in GIS and remote sensing software such as QGIS and Google Earth Engine.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
