Toko Bangunan Citra Bakery is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to take on this challenge, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained, safe, and efficient. You will also be responsible for coordinating the delivery and pick-up of goods, as well as managing the fleet's fuel and maintenance costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate the delivery and pick-up of goods,Ensure that all vehicles are safe and in good condition,Manage the fleet's fuel and maintenance costs,Track and report on vehicle usage and performance,Handle any vehicle-related issues or accidents,Work with drivers to ensure they are following safety protocols,Coordinate with third-party vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair,Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours as needed
