📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow and reduce downtime.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to management.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
