📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing events, from concept to completion, working closely with senior event managers.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, and transportation.
• Create and maintain event documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to ensure high attendance and engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to event strategy.
• Learn and utilize event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in event planning or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
