📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies,Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and revenue goals🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role,Proven track record of managing and developing restaurant staff,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field🛠️ Keahlian
