📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure alignment with company goals.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven success in driving sales and achieving targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
