📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-paced, food-related industry is a plus.
